Buying in Dubai — FAQ
Can I reserve a watch and pick it up in Dubai?
Yes. We can hold any available watch in our Dubai inventory for up to 48 hours after receiving a deposit or proof of travel. Collection happens in our showroom or in a private meeting room, and the watch is rechecked in front of you before the handover.
How quickly can you source a watch that is not in stock?
If the model is already in Dubai, delivery usually takes 1–3 days. For special orders we align the sourcing timeline with you: most Haute Horlogerie pieces arrive within 7–14 days, while rare releases may take longer. We keep you updated at every logistics milestone.
Do you help with Tax Free / VAT refund for tourists?
Yes. Purchases picked up in Dubai come with invoices that qualify for VAT refund via the UAE Tax Free system. We fill in the paperwork and provide stamped proof of export so you can reclaim VAT when leaving the country.
Is remote buying possible if I am not in the UAE?
Absolutely. We provide detailed photo/video inspections, escrow payment options, and insured worldwide shipping via DHL or FedEx. Once you approve the media and complete payment, the parcel is dispatched with full tracking and insurance.
